- Automatically progress to the next exercise after saving a log (configurable)
- Visualize today's workout with the detailed workout overview on the screen
- Benefit from the "Workout Matrix" feature, providing an in-depth overview of your current workout
- Live Activities display your current workout on your Lock Screen or Dynamic Island
- Upon completion, a summary showcases your performance, heat map, and allows for analysis of progress compared to previous workouts
- Completed workouts are saved to the Health app, including date, start time, end time, duration, name, and optional active calories and heart rate tracking

- Adjustable timer function to time rests and transitions between exercises; works even when your device is asleep or the app is closed
- Detailed performance analysis through interactive line graphs and doughnut charts
- Track body measurements and monitor progress with interactive line graphs; certain measurements (weight, height, body fat percentage, and waist circumference) can be synced with the Health app
- Export logs as XML or CSV files and create backups in a database format
- Synchronize data across devices using iCloud
- Customize the appearance of GymBook with a selection of nine sleek designs, available in light and dark mode
